Coaching is a structured conversation designed to help you think clearly. I’ll ask questions, reflect back what I’m hearing and, where useful, challenge your thinking. I won’t tell you what to do — the aim is to help you find the clarity and direction that works for you.

Anything you want to think through. This might include returning to work after maternity leave, career decisions, confidence, identity, competing priorities, feeling stuck, or simply knowing something needs to change but not knowing where to start.

No. Sometimes the starting point is simply: “Something isn’t working.” We can begin there and work out what matters most.

No. Coaching is generally focused on where you are now and how you want to move forward. It isn’t a substitute for therapy or mental health support.

My role as a coach is not to tell you what you should do. I’ll help you explore your thinking, notice patterns and consider different perspectives so you can make decisions that are right for you.

Yes. What we discuss in our sessions is confidential, subject to the limits outlined in our coaching agreement.

It depends on what you want to work through. A single session can be useful for a specific decision or challenge, while a series of sessions gives us more space to explore, take action and build momentum.

We’ll talk about what’s happening for you, what you want from coaching and what would make our work together useful. You don’t need to prepare all the answers beforehand.

No. My work is particularly focused on ambitious women navigating motherhood and career, but if my approach resonates with you, get in touch and we can discuss whether I’m the right person to support you.

Yes. All sessions are held online, so we can work together wherever you are.
